    this is url for javascript library, wich uses external Google provided source, Web sites and pages need this to provide some nice functionality and interactivity without making you wait 1 minite after single click for page to reload

    Exactly… of course this one is a bit out dated, JQuery updates the library all the time… but the point of this post was to show that you can link to it from the Google servers so that you don’t have to maintain your own local versions.
